REIGNN Platform Ltd. (“REIGNN”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides this Privacy Policy, as will be updated from time to time (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) to inform the visitors of the Website, who use our Services and our Tool of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data we receive when you use our Services and the Tool through the Website.
By using our Services, or browsing the Website, you hereby provide your informed consent to the collection, processing and use of your information by REIGNN (including the transfer of such information to third parties, as set forth in this Privacy Policy), all, for the purposes and the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.
DEFINITIONS:
“Personal Data” means individually identified and/or identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable efforts cause the identification of an individual, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual, collected on the Website through the Tool, or as otherwise defined in the GDPR.

We may also use information about you in order to: (i) compile anonymous or aggregate non personal data, (ii) disclose to third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform tasks on our behalf in connection with our Services or the Tool and (iii) provide us with statistical data.

If processing of Personal Data is subject to other applicable laws, then the legal basis for processing Personal Data may differ according to those applicable laws.

Cookies are a commonly-used web technology that allow websites and apps to store and retrieve certain information on a user’s system, and track users’ online activities. We and our service providers may collect information about your use of our Services by such automated means. SHARING INFORMATION WITH OTHERS

In the past twelve (12) months, we have shared your internet and other electronic network activity information and geolocation with these service providers to facilitate the operation of the Website and the Tool.
IT: In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have shared your internet and other electronic network activity information with IT support to detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, identify and repair errors, and maintain and improve the operation of the Website and the Tool.
For A Sale: Reignn does not sell Personal Data collected through the Website.
Affiliates: Your Information may be shared with any of our affiliates where we consider that it is in our legitimate interests to do so for internal administrative purposes (for example, ensuring consistent and coherent delivery of Services to our Users, corporate strategy, compliance, auditing and monitoring, research and development and quality assurance.)
Compliance with Applicable Laws, Legal Orders and Authorities: We may disclose or allow government and law enforcement officials access to certain Personal Data, in response to a subpoena, search warrant or court order (or similar requirement), or in compliance with applicable laws. Right to Restrict Processing: In certain circumstance, you have the right to request that we limit the processing of your Personal Data.
Data Portability: You have the right to request that we provide you or a third party that you designate with certain elements of your Personal Data in a commonly used, machine readable format. Please note, however, that data portability rights apply only to Personal Data that we have obtained directly from you and only where our processing is based on consent or the performance of a contract.

If you are a consumer in the State of Nevada, you may request to opt-out of the current or future sale of your Personal Data. We do not currently sell any of your Personal Data under Nevada law. When you ask us to exercise any of your rights under this Policy and the applicable law, we may need to ask you to provide us certain credentials to make sure that you are who you claim you are, to avoid disclosure to you of Personal Data related to others and to ask you questions to better understand the nature and scope of Personal Data that you request to access.
We may redact from the Personal Data which we will make available to you, any Personal Data related to others.
We will act in accordance with applicable laws in order to comply with your request. Your rights may differ depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law.
However, we may retain certain information about you as deemed required by us in accordance with applicable laws, or for legitimate business reasons, for the duration as required under applicable laws.

OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN
The Website and/or the Tool are not meant to be used by or for persons under the age of 18, as such, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors younger than 18.
